The Lieutenant knew that the resident had passed away a year prior. Further investigation revealed that Officer Remache had two prescription bottles belonging to the same resident in her work bag. While on administrative duties pertaining to this incident, he was involved in another Domestic Violence incident with a separate victim in which it was determined he assaulted the victim.
