When Officer James leaves her post, she is seen on video exiting the ICU Unit on the 5th floor, leaving the 5th floor itself, exiting the hospital building and walking outside away from the building. Officer James is also observed on video wearing a non-issued sweatshirt while on duty and not wearing her department issued body armor or her body worn camera.
