On March 1st, 2024, Officer Borowski was advised to complete an information report at the order of the Watch Commander with specific instructions explaining the reasons for his performance deficiencies that she identified. Officer Borowski completed an information report documenting only the instructions he was given and failed to provide an explanation as ordered.
