The investigation determined that on diverse dates, from mid November 2023, through October 22, 2024, during Officer Rivera’s employment with the Camden County Police Department, while on-duty, in full police uniform, and in view of the public, he engaged with numerous local prostitutes and engaged in sexual intercourse with them. Furthermore, Officer Rivera admitted that on one occasion, he paid the prostitute after their sexual encounter. Officer Rivera’s actions were in direct violation of the Rules and Regulations of the Camden County Police Department. Officer Rivera resigned from the department.
