During the course of an investigation, it was determined that the Officer no longer lived in the State of New Jersey as of June 2022. An independent investigative report revealed that his wife admitted their current address is located in Southampton, PA 18966. The motor vehicle division inquiry determined that he changed his mailing address to a location in Southampton, Pennsylvania. This is in violation of the Resolution No. 2021-00504 adopted on September 22, 2021, which implemented the Residency Requirement Policy for all County Employees in accordance with the New Jersey First Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14-7 (L. 2011, Chapter 70)
