SCPO Moore called out from his regularly scheduled work shifts despite exhausting his annual sick leave entitlements prior to the end of the calendar year and with a 0 sick leave balance and non-approval for FMLA. SCPO Moore was ordered to work mandatory overtime on 2nd shift due to coverage issues. SCPO Moore refused to fulfill his mandatory overtime assignment for the vacant post. SCPO Moore was ordered to work mandatory overtime on 2nd shift due to coverage issues. SCPO Moore refused to fulfill his mandatory overtime assignment for the vacant post. SCPO Moore was late for work without acceptable documentation or advanced approval for use of leave time on four occasions. SCPO Moore was late for a scheduled shift five 5 times. SCPO Moore called out after exhausting his annual sick leave benefits without an approved FMLA/FLA leave. SCPO Moore abandoned his assigned post by leaving the building without prior authorization from a supervisor. SCPO Moore then submitted a narrative report requesting to be excused from the mandatory overtime list for that day which was denied.
