SCPO Sysol was involved in an incident with the NJ DEP Division of Fish and Wildlife Law Enforcement. SCPO Sysol was located on a beach that was closed to all access and during the incident, SCPO Sysol failed to cooperate with the members of Division of Fish and Wildlife Law Enforcement until the NJ State Police arrived. SCPO Sysol also engaged in the obstruction of state statutes and obstructing a law enforcement officer by not obliging requests made by said officers. SCPO Sysol was subsequently issued 3 criminal complaint summonses NJSA 23: 10-5, NJSA 23:7-9(a) 4, and NJSA 2C:18-3(b).
