SCPO Parker provided a false written report and false witness statements regarding an incident involving a resident. Additionally, the report substantiated that SCPO Parker physically shoved a fellow officer out of his way and he used excessive and unnecessary force against the resident when he struck them on the face and got in a physical altercation with him which resulted in three fellow officers pulling SCPO Parker off of the resident. SCPO Parker resigned from his position.
