Jacob Servais and his girlfriend were wanted for an alleged home invasion perpetrated with a rental car. Servais follows his girlfriend in another car when she dropped off the rental at Just for Wheels Car, Truck and Van Rental. Two police vehicles were used to block Servais's vehicle in. He tried to break through the blockade, reversing and going forward in the general direction of two officers, who shot and killed him.
