Rodney Terry was arrested about 6:30 p.m. after police saw him throwing rocks and yelling at a home. Terry was handcuffed and placed in the rear of a police cruiser, police said. Police called EMS because of his behavior, and when the EMTs removed him from the vehicle, he was dead.
