Martinez was stopped after a brief chase and spinout for going 32 miles over the speed limit. Officer approached with gun drawn, Martinez tried to restart car, officer smelled alcohol, holstered gun and hit Martinez's head against the car door. Martinez floors the gas and officer is stuck. He draws his gun and shoots Martinez 5 times, the car reaching 89mph in 7.5 seconds before crashing through a fence into the side of a pool.
