Terry Bishop was killed after Maplewood police caught him driving a stolen car, police said. Officer Josh Cummis followed the car and called for backup, then Maplewood patrol cars closed in on the stolen car. Police said Bishop put the car in reverse and rammed Cummis' police cruiser. The officer reached into the car, and struggled with Bishop, who then drove forward, dragging Cummis. Cummis shot and killed Biship. Police Sgt. Joshua Cummis and Officer Kevin Graham shoot Omar Perry, 31, in June 2007.
