On 6/8/23, Ofc Painchaud was ordered to complete a detailed and comprehensive report containing the factual basis of allegations of favoritism within the Department that Painchaud made to his Sergeant on 6/1/23. Painchaud failed to submit the report as ordered. Instead, Painchaud submitted a report that did not include the requested information. On 6/16/23 Ofc. Painchaud was once again ordered to comply with the order of 6/8 and submit the report as directed, which he eventually complied with. Ofc. Painchaud was sustained for for failing to complete the report as required.
