On Thursday, May 8, 2025, Officer Williams was involved in an off-duty verbal altercation with another patron at a bar in Gloucester City, while intoxicated. During the encounter, Officer Williams made derogatory comments to the patron and challenged him to a fight. Although it was a non-physical altercation, his conduct was found to be in violation of our Agency’s Rules and Regulations.
