Officer was not at their assigned work station and a fight happened between two inmates. Officer observed an inmate spit out prescribed medication. She mouthed "Why did you spit out the medication?" to the inmate but did not notify a supervisor, discipline the inmate or retrieve the medication. Officer opened a cell door from the control room panel at the request of an inmate not assigned to that cell. This allowed nine other inmates to enter and assault the inmate assigned to that cell.
