An internal investigation of Officer Preziosi's actions during a Residential Burglary / Motor Vehicle Theft investigation revealed that the officer conducted an improper investigation and failed to properly document the incident. Specifically by failing to properly notify his supervisor and Detective bureau personnel of the inicdnet and conducting a poor investigation of the scene for information/evidence. Additionally, the officer drafted 3 separate incident reports consisting of contradictory accounting of the facts and was evasive and showed a lack of candor with supervisors when they attempted to obtain accurate information from him.
