Member admitted to acting in an official capacity to the discredit of the Gloucester County Sheriff's Office while on duty. The member offered to provide PBA Union 122 with a $20,000.00 check in order to have fellow members of the PBA removed from the union. This inquiry was in response to his belief these members were responsible for him receiving a Written Reprimand for making inappropriate and unprofessional statements during departmental training. Furthermore, the member was ordered to provide the password for his Gloucester County Sheriff's Office issued cellular device. Instead of providing the password as directed by a Superior Officer, the member acknowledged he was utizilizing the agency issued cellular device for personal reasons, which is not authorized.
