On or about February 27, 2021 and on or about July 27, 2021, Patrolman Williams shared photographs of evidence collected from narcotic arrests with a civilian. On June 30, 2022, Patrolman Williams violated the chain of command by contacting the Chief of Police directly to report a verbal argument he had with someone while off duty. On May 2, 2022, Patrolman Williams received a Performance Notice for not completing a MV Accident report for over 14 days. On June 29, 2022, he also received a Performance Notice for failing to notice a ladder in plain sight during his shift that was used during a burglary to a business.
