The officer was ultimately identified as Ptl. Jayson Moore. After a thorough investigation that included speaking with witnesses, the subject officer and reviewing digital evidence, it was determined that the posting did come from Ptl. Moore’s Facebook account therefore the initial accusation of of a Police Officer was Sustained. It was also determined that Ptl. Moore had lied to investigators on numerous occasions throughout the investigation and there was another finding of Sustained for Untruthfulness.
