Officer Tucker was given orders to provide a clearance note prior to returning to active duty. When he returned he failed to provide the clearance note and was sent home. Officer Tucker was advised he could not return to duty until the clearance note was obtained. He was also advised he would have to call out to his shift commander for each scheduled day he would miss. Officer Tucker was out for seven working days before obtaining the clearance note and failed to notify the shift commander for each of those days.

On November 16, 2023, Tucker was charged with criminal mischief after he drove his personal vehicle through the fence of the Millville Soccer Complex while off duty, causing damage to the soccer field, trash can stands and fences.
