Officer Walker failed to report to Firearms Training as scheduled on May 2, 2024 Officer Walker exhibited and/or other patterns of absenteeism during the reporting period between June 2024 through October 2024. Officer Randolph Walker failed to activate his body worn camera for the entire duration/interaction of a public contact / citizen on August 2, 2024,. He also failed to review and electronically sign the BWC Memoranduam in Power DMS. Officer Walker failed to complete New Jersey Attorney General mandated training modules.
