On June 11, 2022 Officer Ulerio was assigned to Building two Level 1 E-unit (Quarantine Unit) for the 1400 to 2200 shift. At approximately 1945 hours, Officer Ulerio had cells 211 through 216 out for recreation, during this time he opens cell 113 where an inmate exits his cell, enters the dayroom and assaults another inmate knocking him unconscious. Through his actions, Officer Ulero’s failure to be attentive / diligent in his duties led to an inmate on inmate assault.
