On 19 Jan 21, while off duty, Officer Guy responded to 1337 West 3rd Street, Plainfield, NJ, after a departmental email went out about a gun used in an aggravated assault in Piscataway, being held at that location and interfered with the Piscataway Police Department's lawful actions to locate the weapon and the actor. On 01 Oct 21, Officer Guy was found to be untruthful , during an interview about his involvement in the 19 Jan 21 incident. Officer Guy was untruthful about the reason to his response to this address and recognizing the above mentioned address after maintaining a ten year relationship with the homeowner. Officer Guy was also found to be untruthful when he stated it was just a coincidence he response to that location a short time after receiving the above mentioned departmental email. Officer Guy was also found to be untruthful on a separate Homicide investigation where he contacted the person of interest via cell phone, after the homicide occurred.
