Police called about a subject acting "erratic." Upon contact, they tried to arrest him, handcuff him and are shown punching him in the back while a police dog attacked him. He died on the way to the hospital. Officers Louis Platania and Rich Janasiak were cleared. Despite the physical trauma, a medical examiner ruled the killing accidental and caused by Phencyclidine Intoxication, caused by the PCP in his system.
