A.G. guidelines relating to the MOA between Education and Law Enforcement Officials. Officer Buggs was notified by school personnel that a student was in possession of marijuana and a blade knife, along with drug paraphernalia. Officer Buggs responded to the disciplinarian's office, observed the items and left the office. Officer Buggs neglected to take an action and did not notify his immediate supervisor. Officer Buggs advised that he did not detain the student, and that the school personnel maintained possession of all of the confiscated items.
