1.) A sergeant reported that Ofc. Bria Hill violated ACPD Uniforms / Equipment & Appearance Policy by wearing earrings on several occasions and was insubordinate when ordered to remove them. 2.) On October 31, 2023, Ofc. Bria Hill was assigned to work foot patrol between the hours of 9:30 pm and midnight. It was determined that she arrived approximately 1.5 hours late to her assignment and was only at her assignment for 15 minutes before leaving without permission.
