On May 25th, 2025 Sgt. Rambo received a citizen complaint about an officer’s demeanor. Sgt. Rambo spoke with the citizen on the phone and advised that he would follow up and review the body worn camera (BWC). Investigation revealed that Sgt. Rambo took no action to address the complaint specifically by failing to review the BWC, notify his supervisor or the Professional standards unit.
