On September 29th 2022 this case was referred back to this department all criminal charges were dismissed against Officer Junior Fiori. The internal affairs investigation found that that Officer Fiori was sustained for rule b-7 all officers shall carry themselves in good conduct on or off duty. Officer Junior Fiori did receive 10 day suspension without pay.
