Officer Watson berated an on-duty Sergeant. Officer Watson stood over the seated Sergeant, waved his finger at her, screaming that he did not have to listen to her because he was senior and the rules did not apply to him. Ultimately, the Sergeant told him that she would be writing him up for his actions and he replied, “Go ahead, I will wipe my ass with it.” At the conclusion of my investigation, Officer Watson was suspended for eight (8) working days - a total of eighty-eight (88) hours.
