In June of 2024, Ptl. Anthony King was involved in an off-duty single vehicle motor vehicle crash in Deptford Township. As a result of the crash investigation he was arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI). The DWI charge was later amended to a reckless driving offense in court. Ptl. King was suspended for 30 days as a result of the incident. This incident occurred in 2024, but the investigation was not competed until 2025.
