On November 8, 2024, Lt. Nielsen called another Lieutenant degrading names and used profane language. This incident occurred in the precense of other personnel. Altough Lt. Nielsen denied this during the course of his interview, the investigation proved this occured numerous times. Aditionally, during the interview with Internal Affairs, some of the statements made by Lt. Nielsen were untruthful.
