On April 4, 2025, while assigned to the metal detector post, S/I Bidermann allowed two (2) armed security officers into the Main Courthouse. S/I Biedermann did not follow protocol by having them secure their weapons before entering the Main Courthouse. S/I Biedermann directed the security officers to sign in the visitor log, allowing them to proceed to the third floor, while being armed with handguns.

Synopsis as reported by the agency

On November 10, 2024, S/I Biedermann and an accomplice entered a Walmart and proceeded to shop. During the course of shopping, S/I Biedermann watched as his accomplice concealed Pokeman cards on their person, and then proceeded to conceal Pokeman cards on his person. Both parties proceeded to the self-checkout area and failed to pay for the Pokemon cards that were concealed by both. Loss Prevention (LP) detained both parties, took posession of the concealed merchandise that was not paid for and escorted both to the LP office where they documented their identities and issued them a 24hr tresspass. Additionally, it was determined that during the administrative interview, S/I Biedermann failed to answer questions truthfully.
