Officer was also involved in a domestic violence incident which resulted in him being arrested and failed to report incident to police department. Officer was then involved in a second domestic violence incident while on leave from the first incident which he also failed to report to his police department. His conduct at both domestic incidents resulted in a sustained policy violation for off duty conduct. The officer received a loss 23 days of accrued time. The officer was not reinstated after the internal investigation was concluded and retired from the department.
