On July 15, 2023 Officer Vadino III responded to a call involving the violation of a Temporary Restraining Order. Instead of effecting an arrest of the violator he allowed them to leave the scene. A short later the offender returned. Upon arrival a second time, Officer Vadino III once again did not effect an arrest. Instead the offender was transported to a local hospital. A short time later the issue was discovered and corrected by his supervisor. As a result, Officer Vadino III was suspended for 9 Days.
