Officer Rodriguez, responded to a motor vehicle accident on May,25 2025. He encountered the victim of the one car accident, outside of her vehicle. Upon observing the victim repeatedly request medical attention for her injuries, Officer Pannone failed to render medical aide. At the conclusion of the investigation it was determined that Officer Pannone was adequately equipped and adequately trained to provide basic first aide as a first responder. Failing to do so, constituted a finding of "Sustained" for "".
