On 12/18/23 and 12/19/23, Ptl. Latigona engaged in an inappropriate conversation and made a comment that made his co-workers uncomfortable. Specifically, Ptl. Latigona engaged a co-worker on two occasions, while in the presence of other officers and utilizing vulgar language, about the sexual activities and/or transgressions of himself and other co-workers. After being made aware of the internal affairs investigation, he spoke further about the matter. Ptl. Latigona failed to conduct himself with a high level of ethical standards, and disregarded prior direction fully supporting the sustained charges.
