Officer Dolphin left the scene of the crash and failed to report the same. An investigation was initiated by the Oaklyn Police Department, and as result of the investigation, he was issued four motor vehicle summonses. Officer Dolphin's failure to follow established motor vehicle laws and conduct himself with a high level of ethical standards fully supports the sustained charges.
