On January 19, 2023 Officer Sean Dolphin was operating his personal vehicle while off-duty in Oaklyn, NJ at approximately 10:34pm and struck a parked vehicle causing that vehicle to then strike an additional parked vehicle. Officer Dolphin left the scene of the crash and failed to report the same. An investigation was initiated by the Oaklyn Police Department, and as result of the investigation, he was issued four motor vehicle summonses. Officer Dolphin's failure to follow established motor vehicle laws and conduct himself with a high level of ethical standards fully supports the sustained charges. Officer Dolphin was suspended for 20 days.
