Officer Bartoloma was charged with making false statement(s) to a law enforcement officer who was investigating a motor vehicle crash that occurred while PO Bartoloma was off duty. It was alleged that he told a police officer that he was the driver of a vehicle involved in a motor vehicle accident, knowing that he was not the driver and that he had provided the driver with a vehicle to leave the scene of the accident.
