Verdejo provided a false accident location to responding officers in regards to that accident. P.O. Verdejo pled guilty to 39:4-130 Failure to report an accident on 05/08/2024. On and after 02/23/24, P.O. D. Verdejo was Insubordinate by failing to comply with orders given by the Internal Affairs Unit, additionally failing to comply with Doctor and Superior Officers orders to complete medical treatment. On 09/30/24 P.O. Deyder Verdejo resigned in lieu of discipline.
