Synopsis as reported by the agency

Despite being instructed to refrain from further inappropriate comments and actions towards her coworkers, Detective Demofonte continued to engage in inappropriate workplace behavior. Detective Demofonte's conduct violated Burlington Count Prosecutor's Office SOP 11-5A-1a(3) which defines "misconduct" as any "conduct which adversely reflects upon the employee or the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office." As a result, she forfeited all accumulated vacation (48 hours), sick (96 hours), holiday, comp, and administrative time. Ultimately, Detective Demofonte agreed to resign from the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office because of her misconduct.

Compensation and pension

No confident pension match found. This site links a pension record to a named officer only when the name and the exact employing agency both match a New Jersey Treasury record. Where that bar is not met, nothing is shown rather than a guess. See methodology for how these matches are made and what is withheld.
