On April 9, 2025, at approximately 1700 hours Officer Causey was observed via video throwing toilet paper at the shower curtain in Housing Unit 2B. An inmate was in the shower at that time and later reported that he fell and injured his back due to the actions of Officer Causey. Correctional Police Officers at the CMCSO work 12 hour days.
