On or about 4/7/2023, at Reading in the County of Berkshire, England, Sgt Sitemen made inappropriate and unsolicited sexual advances (both physical and verbal) at a female without her consent.Sgt Sitemen was accused and arrested for non-consensual sexual contact. There was no criminal conviction but the conduct underlying these criminal charges, if true, would justify the above charges regardless of whether a criminal conviction was obtained. Effective August 18, 2023 Siteman was demoted to the rank of Sheriff's Officer.
