On May 8, 2025, a check of Ptlm. Elam-Hampton’s driver’s license status revealed that his license was suspended. This check was conducted following notification from Lower Township Administration that his license was scheduled for suspension due to unpaid parking tickets issued in 2023. During the same inquiry, it was also discovered that the registration for Ptlm. Elam-Hampton’s personal vehicle had expired in October 2024.
