On May 3, 2024, Lt. LaLena was conducting a separate IA-invest on another officer within the department. While reviewing station footage, Sgt. Greenwich, was seen not doing his duties as a Sergeant. He was observed not supervising his subordinates while on shift, on his phone, sleeping, and not leaving the station for extended periods of time while allowing his subordinates to do the same. At the IA interview on December 5, 2024, St Greenwich admitted to sleeping on shift and allowing his subordinates to do the same, failing to supervise.
