On 9/30/20 the officer , SCPO J Bellamy were instructed to contact (EJSP training Lt.) to discuss a prior phone call the officer made where the officer became irate and made derogatory statements towards his staff after the officer had requested training in temp screening. SCPO J Bellamy continued disruptive, belligerent and disrespectful behavior while the Lt attempted to explain when the training could possibly be completed.
