On July 21, 2023 while on duty, was involved in a physical and verbal altercation with another Officer on Institution grounds, several fellow staff members had to intervene to de-escalate the situation. Settlement Agreement reducing sanction from 45 day suspension to 30 day suspension. Employee only serves 5 day suspension the other 25 days are for record keeping purposes.
