This is deemed . SCPO Mascio signed a settlement agreement on 10/27/25 for a 15-day suspension. The settlement agreement included two Notifications of Minor Disciplinary Actions for call outs on 6/9/25 & 6/26/25, wherein SCPO Mascio had insufficient leave time.
