Synopsis as reported by the agency
An investigation revealed that on or about 3/16/25, Garden State Correctional Facility's Senior Correctional Police Officer (SCPO) Dominick Aneses observed an injured incarcerated person and did not call a code. SCPO Aneses did not activate his Body Worn Camera and left the unit door unsecured. Furthermore, SCPO Aneses did not maintain control of his unit. On 6/10/25, SCPO Aneses signed a settlement agreement for a 30-day suspension.
