Prior to SCPO Biney's return to the facility, he did not inform his supervisor or partner of his medical condition and made the unilateral decision to return to the facility. SCPO Biney wrote a Special Custody Report wherein he stated that he informed his supervisor and partner prior to returning to the institution. This matter was settled for a 30-working day on 3/25/25.
