SCPO Delmonte responded "negative" to the supervisor. SCPO Delmonte requested a relief and was told there were no officers available to relieve him at that time. SCPO Delmonte then broke the chain of command and contacted Operations asking for a relief. At 4:00 p.m., SCPO Delmonte was relieved. SCPO Delmonte left the institution without authorization and without completing early release paperwork.
